The Snowdrop's Song.

It was deep mid-Winter and a time of rest for all things.

 

Little seemed to stir, but outside something magical was about to happen. Silently and almost unnoticed among the fallen leaves a tiny plant had pushed her way through the cold soil.

 

The Snowdrop stood proud,  turned her face towards the milky Winter sun and began to sing her song...
